Position Overview:

Position Priorities & Focus:
  • Plan, Schedule & Execute Social Strategy
    • Design a strategic social media plan that aligns with our strategic initiatives and goals and develop the systems and tools, calendar and processes required to execute the plan effectively.
    • Develop an ongoing social media planning system that allows for the organized planning of all social media channels and initiatives.
    • Lead social content strategy and schedule to support institute priorities and objectives.
  • Engage & Connect With Our Social Community
    • Build active engagement and deep connection with our audience by sharing stories that inspire and create impact, delivering our content through engaging multimedia experiences and actively listening to our community.
    • Understand our core audience - what motivates them, what they want, what they’re afraid of, what they worry about, what they love, who they aspire to be, etc.
    • Emotionally connect with our audience through compelling stories and an innovative approach to storytelling.
    • Work in partnership with our copy, graphic and multimedia teams to develop world-class social media content that increases brand affinity and community engagement.
  • Grow & Expand Our Social Reach
    • Identify opportunities to grow our social media following and expand our reach by building and leveraging relationships with influencers, partners and ambassadors, creating win-win strategies that expose our content to a growing audience.
    • Identify and build relationships with influencers who represent our mission, core values and goals and engage them in sharing our work with their communities.
    • Collaborate with the Affiliate team to identify key affiliate partners with strong social media presence and collaborate with them to produce win-win growth in our community.
  • Drive & Convert Our Social Traffic
    • Share valuable resources that provide actionable solutions and introduce opportunities to work more deeply with us. Leverage social media channels to increase qualified traffic to these resources while producing measurable ROI.
    • Seek opportunities to share content, resources and other value gifts with our social media communities in a relevant and engaging manner.
    • Mix a variety of resource types - including blog/video content, lead magnets, online masterclasses, summits, video training and more.
    • Use micro-content related to each resource to find new and interesting ways to connect people to our resources.
